To care, lead and guide
Our early years practitioner staff are trained and experienced in caring for young children, leading and guiding them and helping them learn about the world around them. Our staff offer consistent support in a secure and loving environment.
Our team also know how to encourage children to stretch and challenge themselves to reach development milestones - resulting in a huge sense of achievement for all involved, both children and staff.
Our team includes managers, deputy managers, qualified Early Years Practitioners, a financial administration staff member, cleaners, cooks and kitchen assistants.
We provide high levels of quality childcare by ensuring our staff are suitably trained, qualified, and supported. Our Early Years Practitioner are qualified ranging from the required minimum Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education to Degree Level 8, including staff studying for their Masters.
We have staff participating on the LINC (Leadership for INClusion) programme. Once qualified, graduates will perform the role of Inclusion Coordinator within the centre to support the inclusion of all children in the early years.
Our Staff are also trained in Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection, Manual Handling, Fire Prevention, Food Hygiene, and regularly participate in workshops and courses on such topics as curriculum planning, outdoor play, arts and crafts, additional needs and behaviour management.Contact Us
